By accessing or using the BARS application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

BARS is a lyric writing application that allows users to create, edit, and store song lyrics. The App provides tools for organizing lyrics, storing reusable bars, and managing creative content.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using the App. By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

5. Subscription and Payments

The App offers both free and paid subscription options. Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your app store account settings.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the App to distribute malware or harmful code

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the App or by other means.
